Breakfast is a very good thing.
As I’m traveling to Switzerland near the beginning of September, my sister asked the obvious question- what will you eat for breakfast?! Because, well, I absolutely love breakfast. So, I whipped up some traditional muesli, a combo of oats, yogurt and other goodies, for sharing. While I think Julie may stick with pancakes, I, for one, love being able to eat this oatmeal dish during the summer without sweating in the AM and ruining my clothes. I’m sure that paints a pretty picture.
I’m a pretty huge strawberry fan but any thing goes when making this delightful Swiss dish. From chopped apples and cinnamon to dried cherries and pecans, it’s pretty much the chef’s call. But it should be eaten nonetheless because breakfast is a very good thing and deserves not to be missed!
